If you're looking for a fun, quick summer scarf project- this is it! One of my VERY first crochet projects was a scarf so maybe that's why I love crocheting them so much. If you look at my Pinterest board- I've got a whole board dedicated to scarfs. While I love a nice cozy scarf, you can't deny how lovely lace ones are! Plus, they make the perfect summer scarf project.
I love this lace scarf pattern because it works up so easily. You can make your own by following Undeniable Glitter's pattern here. The pattern is written to be an infinity scarf but I decided not to attach the ends. (Less finishing work- yay!) This is just my personal taste- you can attach them if you think it looks better. I prefer my infinity scarfs to be fuller than this one and I think you can do more styling with it this way.
I loved how airy and light this scarf ended up being so I didn't block it. (Blocking is super important in lace crocheting but there are times where you can skip it depending on the project.) I didn't want it to look stiff and structured.
I can't wait to wear my newest summer wardrobe addition!
Happy Crocheting!
