For us, Sunday certainly didn't feel much like Easter Sunday and it def doesn't feel like spring. We didn't get to spend it with family because of the shelter in place, we don't have kids to hide eggs for or surprise with Easter baskets and the weather took a nose dive over the last few days! With that said- I'm thankful my friends and family are all safe and healthy! I hope you and yours are too! I'm also thankful for the technology we have that allows us to stay connected even when we're apart!
I'm not going to say I'm happy that the temperature plummeted and its been snowing here in MN after the gorgeous weather we had Saturday but it certainly makes me feel less bad about posting such a cozy sweater pattern! I'm just thankful that where I'm at, we're not getting blasted with snow like some of our family in southern MN.
I've been working on this one pattern since Christmastime... and I've finally finished editing the pattern so I can share with all of you! This was my first time using Lion Brand Jeans yarn and oooh it's buttery smooth and soft! I am in love! It just glides with your hook as you crochet. It's delightful! I'm also in love with this diamond pattern! I am thinking it would make for a beautiful pillow texture, don't you?
Let's get through this quarantine with a new perspective and a pile of finished crochet projects!
Happy Crocheting!
~Dana (and Finley who hates getting roped into photo shoots)
